There is also now a facebook group devoted to fighting this bill as well.  Do a search for

North Dakotans Against House Bill #1553

and it should show up for you.  Already have 37 people in the group, and it just started! :-)

Thanks for bringing this to our attention Kim!  I had no clue that this bill had even been written.  Although I have no fear of its passage, the ACLU having far more than enough clout in this administration, I do fear of its actual writing though.  Being a resident of MN, I have written both of my senators and my congressman concerning my beliefs on this bill.  I am a social studies teacher and am also a firm believer in personal privacy and civil rights.
